Ballard Renovation
Madrona constructed a two-story addition, finished a rough basement (which included significant foundation and plumbing work), and renovated most of the interior of this hundred year old bungalow-style home in the Ballard neighborhood.
The Outcome
Madrona finished an existing basement to include one bedroom, one bathroom, a laundry closet, and living area. The two-story addition introduced a mudroom attached to the existing kitchen, with a half bath on the main floor and a fourth bedroom on the second story. The existing interior was also remodeled to match the quality and finish of the new additions.
